Core Strengths - Health Services Research

Health services research focuses on the diverse issues underlying access to and quality of health care. These types of studies also examine the factors underlying health care costs and affordability to different segments of the population. PHRI health services researchers are interested in health care at the level of the individual, family, community, and broader population. The goal of these studies is to inform the effective and cost-efficient delivery of high quality health care.
