Qimei He, Ph.D.
Dr. He is a Senior Biostatistician at PHRI and is currently performing data analysis in connection with TRIAD, Translational Research Centers for Diabetes Control within Managed Care Settings, a study using a systematic and standardized approach across six research centers nationwide to assess a diverse population. Dr. He is also working on the National Lung Screening Trial, which seeks to determine the relative capacities of low dose spiral CT screening and traditional chest x-ray screening to reduce mortality, and to compare the risk-benefit ratio of each technique.
Dr. He received his Ph.D. in Statistics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and his Master’s in Probability Theory from Changsha Railway University, Hunan, China.
